Former Manchester City forward Kevin Campbell believes contraversial figure Mario Balotelli was worth the price Liverpool will pay to bring him to Anfield.
He told talkSPORT: “It will be colourful.But at that money it’s too good a deal to turn down.
“For all his antics, we know he can put the ball in the back of the net. He’s a threat and he will score goals for Liverpool”
Brenden Rodgers has been looking for a striker all summer to replace the departed Luis Suarez, and the Italian forward will join a whole host of new faces to join the club this transfer window.
Balotelli enjoyed a successful first spell in English football, winning both the FA Cup and the Premier League and he will be hoping he can help the Reds to similar honours after they fell just short of the English crown last season.
