Former England manager Fabio Capello believes Chelsea will win the Champions League this year. The Blues have invested quite heavily in players over the summer, signing the likes of Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas.
The Stamford Bridge club have also got off to a flying start in the Premier League, winning their first three matches and some are even tipping them to land the quadruple. One man who thinks Jose Mourinho’s side can do well this year is Fabio Capello, who thinks that the club can repeat the feats of 2012 and scoop the Champions League trophy again.
The Russia manager said; “If I had to make a prediction for the Champions League, Chelsea and Bayern are ahead of all the others, although the Spanish sides are still dangerous. The Italian clubs are at a slightly lower level, although we saw with Atletico Madrid that desire and motivation can make a huge difference.”
