Chelsea have repoetedly made an approach to sign the Chile international, Charles Aranguiz in the summer.
The 25-year-old, who plays for Brazilian club, Internacional, enjoyed a fine World Cup last summer, and has English eyes set upon him, with Chelsea keen to do a £4m deal.
Aranguiz’ performances for Chile last summer saw him attract interest from several clubs, with Arsenal also in the mix to sign the player.
However, reports in Brazil suggest that the Blues are favourites to land him.
