Manchester United and Chelsea are facing a battle if either club want to land PSG striker Edinson Cavani this summer.
Cavani only joined PSG last summer from Italian club Napoli, but has reportedly been unsettled at the club having been frequently played out of position by Laurent Blanc. Reports have emerged over the last few days linking Cavani to the Premier League, but PSG have quickly dismissed the claims.
“Edinson Cavani is important for us. He will be staying,” said PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi.
Chelsea have also been linked with Atletico Madrid frontman Diego Costa, with Jose Mourinho publicly stating his dissatisfaction with his current crop of strikers.
