Chelsea have reportedly entered the race to sign Borussia Dortmund centre-back Mats Hummels.
The German international has been a long-term target for Manchester United and Arsenal, but with John Terry nearing the end of his career, Chelsea have now entered the race and want to lure him to Stamford Bridge.
It’s strongly believed that Hummels will be leaving Dortmund at the end of the season and with the trio of English clubs interested, he will have a decision to make come the Summer, but as it stands, Chelsea are considered favourites due to their financial powers.
The Blues are willing to meet Dortmund’s £37million asking-price and are keen to wrap up a deal as soon as possible.
