Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has reportedly put together a five-man wishlist as he searches for more midfield players.
The Blues manager captured the signature of Cesc Fabregas from FC Barcelona last week, and according to reports, he has now told the club to sign yet more midfielders and has given over a five-man wishlist, with Bayern Munich ace Toni Kroos topping that list.
As reported earlier, Chelsea are considering a contract worth £130k-a-week for the German midfielder, who is also wanted by Manchester United and Real Madrid, but Mourinho has back-up options as well just in case they can’t strike a deal for Kroos.
It’s believed that on that list are; Paris Saint Germain’s Marco Veratti, Sporting Lisbon’s William Carvalho, Juventus’ Paul Pogba and his team-mate Arturo Vidal.
Despite having a rich pool of midfield talent already at Stamford Bridge, Mourinho is keen to add at least one of these names to his squad for next season.
