Following Spain’s elimination in the lat 16, Reina announced his retirement from international football. He played 36 matches for the national team.
Chelsea are entertaining the possibility of losing Thibaut Courtouis to Real Madrid so they are looking to sign a replacement for the Belgian. The 35-year old Reina had a terrific season with Napoli as they were the runners-up of the Serie A. Reina had the most number of clean sheets in the 2017-18 Serie A with 18.
