Chelsea have apparently offered Swansea City £15 million for centre-forward Fernando Llorente in a last minute deal, according to a recent report.

Llorente played under Conte while they were both at Juventus back in 2013/14, and the reports say that he is aware of his ex-manager’s interest.

Llorente made the move  over to the Liberty stadium from Sevilla just last summer in a deal worth over £5 million, and has scored 15 goals in 35 appearances across all competitions since joining.

He’s been out of action with a fractured arm since June of this year and has missed all of Swansea’s opening games in the Premier League thus far.

The Telegraph is reporting that the 32-year-old is Antonio Conte’s top target this summer as he looks to be reunited with the forward at Stamford Bridge.
