Liverpool pondering sending Belgium out on loan once again
Liverpool could send young striker Divock Origi out on loan once again – but only if Daniel Sturridge makes a successful comeback from his long-term injury.
The striker has been back at Melwood for around a month now, but is yet to make his first-team return to action after missing nearly six months of football.
Sturridge spent the summer in America recovering from numerous injuries, but he made his long-awaited return to England last month and is expected to be included in the first-team sooner rather than later.
Origi To Be Loaned
If Sturridge does make a successful return to first-team football, Brendan Rodgers will consider sending Origi out on loan for another season in order to play regularly.
The Belgian was at Ligue 1 side Lille last season, where he was voted as one of the worst strikers in the league.
He has yet to make an impact at Anfield, with Christian Benteke and Danny Ings seemingly ahead of him in the pecking order.
