PSG have three names on their shopping list in the event of Mbappe’s departure.
Paris Saint-Germain is planning for backup options if they lose Kylian Mbappe this summer. The PSG forward is supposed to leave the club after the current season. Real Madrid is planning to sign France international ahead of season 2022/23.
Real Madrid has heavily linked with the Frenchman and the player also hinted that he wants to move to another club. He stayed this season to find Champions League glory to PSG.
PSG now picks three players for the backup options as they will save big money after Mbappe move. Last summer, they signed Sergio Ramos and Lionel Messi from La Liga. The PSG forward will be out of contract and able to sign for whichever club he chooses.
As per the reports of L’Equipe as carried by Diario AS, PSG have three names on their shopping list in the event of Mbappe’s departure: Erling Haaland, Paul Pogba and Lucas Paqueta.
Haaland would be an ideal replacement for the France international and he is one of the most lethal goalscorers in European football.
Meanwhile, Paqueta has been a top player for Lyon and he knows Ligue 1 well. Meanwhile, Paul Pogba will be a free agent following the expiration of his contract with Man United.
