Bayern Munich are leading the race for England captain Harry Kane.
Tottenham Hotspur has slapped a £120 million fee on club captain Harry Kane who is expected to leave this summer.
Bayern Munich made a second bid of £70 million that got rejected instantly as Spurs insisted that their most coveted player is not for sale.
If we look at Bayern Munich’s history, it is unlikely that the German club would cough up £100 million for the English forward.
But Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou offers no guarantee on the future of the English forward.
Tottenham boss Postecoglou said: “I haven’t had any assurances and I wouldn’t expect any assurances, because when you’re dealing with these kind of things you’re never dealing with definitives or certainties in anything in life.
“He’s one of the premier strikers in the world and I want him involved. My conversation with him will be about how we can make this club successful. And I’ve got no doubts that what he wants as well.
“He’s been very, very successful individually for a long time, pretty much from when he first started at this football club.”
