Man United will take on Liverpool in Premier League this Sunday.

Man United face a huge blow as Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw will not take part in Sunday’s crucial Premier League clash with Liverpool at Anfield.

The English defender pulled up in the latter stages of the first period against Bayern Munich and he will take time to recover. He has a problem in his groin and this injury might force Erik ten Hag to choose Jonny Evans.

On the other hand, Luke Shaw was substituted at the interval due to a hamstring problem. Aaron Wan-Bissaka came off the bench to replace him.

Ten Hag spoke to TNT Sports, “I can’t say in this moment. We obviously have to wait 24 hours and then we will have an assessment and diagnosis so we have to wait for it.”

Man United are already dealing with major injury concerns like Tyrell Malacia, Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez, Christian Eriksen, Mason Mount, Victor Lindelof and Amad Diallo.

Man United finished bottom of the Group A and they faced early elimination from Europe. They will now take on Liverpool after a 3-0 loss to Bournemouth. They would look to finish in the top four this season. The Red Devils already got out from the EFL Cup.
