Arsenal midfielder, Santi Cazorla, insists that they have the team to win the Premier League, but they must get over their fear of playing the big teams.

The Gunners have a poor record against top teams in the league, but recently been Manchester City at the Etihad 2-0 and also were denied a win at Anfield by a late equaliser by Martin Skrtel.

If Arsenal want to win a piece of silverware this season, they are going to have to win at Old Trafford as they drew Manchester United in the FA Cup Quarter Final, and that’s a feat they haven’t achieved for some time.

Cazorla was asked about the squad at the Emirates and he insists that on paper they are just as good as their rivals, but need to get over the mind games first.

“The key is belief,” Cazorla told Sport Magazine.

“We are a good team, but when we played the FA Cup final last season, I could feel among the fans and among the club, some kind of fear to lose.

“That is something that we should remove from our minds now.

“Personally, I think that our squad is as good as Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City or Manchester United.

“We don’t envy their squads and we have the quality to fight with them face to face. It’s down to us to make that step forward.”
