Hazard is more than happy at Chelsea.
Hazard claims he wants to win trophies with Mourinho in the seasons to come.
After weeks of speculation it looks like Chelsea’s star man is set to remain at Stamford Bridge. It was thought after poor form the winger had fallen out with Mourinho, however that seems the complete opposite. Last season’s footballer of the year has been told the areas he needs to improve on.
After being told where to play Hazard has found it hard to adapt to his new role. The winger has admitted the start of the season has been tough and is trying to find his form from last year.
“I don’t have a problem with him,” said Hazard. “I heard a lot of things about this, but no. Everything is good with him. He is the best manager. He is the best manager for Chelsea and we hope we can win a lot of trophies together. Maybe not this season because it will be difficult, but next season and on.”
“I like playing No10, but I’ll play as a left winger too. I just want to be on the pitch. It doesn’t matter whether that’s in the middle or on the flanks. It doesn’t matter.
“When I was young I played as a No10. Sometimes there is more freedom there. Sometimes not. When you play against compact teams, like Norwich, it’s difficult to find space. But we have good players and they know how to move and when to pass the ball.
“I didn’t start the season well. I know that. I don’t know why. I tried to find out why, but I don’t know. Sometimes you don’t. You just have to keep going, waiting for better results or performances
“I gave everything in training, on the pitch when I played. I hope I can get a lot more form and try to help the team win games.
“It’s my fourth season now and we won a lot of trophies last season. I won a lot, too. Maybe the attention here is more now, but I have to play with this responsibility. I try to be the best every time.”
