Inter Milan are perusing 3 big Premier League names as their transfer targets for this summer.
President Erick Thohir will fly to London this week to begin talks for Chelsea’s Fernando Torres, while Liverpool’s Lucas and Man City’s Javi Garcia is also on his wishlist.
Thohir is hoping that these 3 players can begin to turn the 2010 Champions League winners into European heavyweights again, after struggling to dominate since winning the competition.
Although Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has said that he expects Torres to stay at Stamford Bridge this summer, the imminent signing of Atletico Madrid’s Diego Costa could cause the Spaniard to want to move elsewhere.
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is willing to listen to offers for Lucas, while Javi Garcia has struggled to establish himself at City, and has failed to cement his place in the starting XI since joining two years ago.
Thorir will be arriving in the UK sometime this week to get the wheels in motion for all 3 of these deals.
