Real Madrid midfielder, Isco, has rubbished reports linking him with a move away from the Bernabeu.
The Spaniard, who has featured heavily in recent weeks due to Gareth Bale’s injury, was strongly linked with a move to the Premier League, with both Liverpool and Arsenal interested.
However, the 22-year-old has revealed his desire to stay at Madrid after joining them last season from Malaga.
During his 68 appearances for his new side, Isco has scored 12 goals, and when asked about the possibility of a transfer away from the club in January, he was quick to dismiss the speculation.
He said: “My feelings on my career at Marid are very positive.
“I’m in the best team in the world, we are winning titles, we achieved La Decima [last season] and hopefully we can continue that.
“I think the best place to keep winning titles is Real Madrid.”
