James Rodriguez didn’t find himself in the Colombian squad for World Cup Qualifiers. Colombia is fighting for the final automatic qualifying position with Uruguay. Reinaldo Rueda’s side is trying to fend off Paraguay for fifth, putting them in a playoff for a qualifying spot.

Colombia will face three nations ahead of them in Uruguay, Brazil, and Ecuador. Two of these three crucial fixtures will be at home in Barranquilla. These WC qualifying fixtures will see the return of Premier League players but one big name was missing.
