Carl Jenkinson could make his loan move at West Ham United a permanent one come the summer transfer window.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has reportedly told the full-back that he is surplus to requirements at the Emirates Stadium.
The 23-year old has spent the entire season at Upton Park and may stay there for years to come, but only if an agreement can be made between both the club and the player.
However, the lifelong Gunners fan is currently concerned about finishing this campaign strongly with Sam Allardyce’s team.
He said: “We’ve got eight games to go, and certainly some winnable games among them. We want to finish as high up the table as we possibly can.”
Jenkinson joined Arsenal from Charlton Athletic in 2011.
