After losing to Southampton Jose Mourinho held a 7 minute post match interview.
After a vote of confidence from the Chelsea board during the week Jose was criticised of utilizing his press conference to shift the blame from himself as he criticised referees.
“I think Jose’s press conference was challenging the owner to support him in a bad time.
“I don’t think it’s correct what Jose’s thinking at the moment — I think he’s got the support.
“He will find a solution. You’ve got to remember he’s lost his goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who’s fantastic. John Terry is in a little difficulty adjusting to his last season maybe.
“So if the span of your team is not what it normally is, do you expect to get consistent results? I don’t think so.”
Chelsea host Aston Villa at home after the international break where the pressure will build on Mourinho who has to win.
