Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that he doesn’t fear Manchester United or Louis Van Gaal.

The Red Devils had a nightmare season under David Moyes last campaign, and are expected to be back to their best this time around, but The Blues boss is confident that his side can see of their long-term rivals.

Mourinho has worked closely with Van Gaal before during their FC Barcelona days, and despite revealing his respect for the Dutchman, Mourinho is confident that his side have nothing to worry about.

“I’m not worried about him being here. I look forward to playing against United. Nothing worries me.

“I watched him at his press conference and he was pure Van Gaal – honest and open, the way he always is.

“He is a very, very good coach, he’ll be great for Manchester United.

“We are both great coaches. It’s what we were born to do.”
