Jose Mourinho once again hits out at Premier League Clubs

We have all heard it before “Mourinho Hits out at….”

It seems the Blues Boss cant help but complain about his own situation by slamming others, many tactics we have seen in the Kindergarten, (he gets to play with the play dough for 15mins why cant I)

that’s basically the level on which Mourinho operates these days recently hitting out at Premier League Managers Arsene Wenger of Arsenal and Manuel Pellegrini questioning why he should only be given two years to win a trophy and pointing he did not inherit a ready-made team.

Wenger just won the FA Cup, his first trophy in nine years at Arsenal, last season while Pellegrini took over a City side which had had millions spent on it and won the title in 2012.

Mourinho, asked if he was under pressure this season, snapped: “Why? Some people have 10 years to win something. I have only two.

“Maybe I’m not a very intelligent guy in the way I choose teams. I like to work. I like to build. I don’t like easy jobs. I don’t like to pick up clubs worked on by other managers before me. I don’t like to arrive in time to collect the fruits off their trees.

“When I went to Porto, the season before they had been third in the league. When I went to Real Madrid, they were second. Where were Inter Milan before I went there?

“I came to Chelsea last season at a moment when one team was over and another needed to be born, and at the same time I came to the only league in Europe where four, five or six teams can compete for the title.

“So maybe I’m not good at choosing my jobs – or I’m good because I choose jobs I really love. This is the second year of my project and I am happy with that.

“At the end of the season the media, the supporters and the players will judge my work. And most important my boss, my owner, my board will judge me.”

Mourinho has insisted he will make the highly significant decision as to who plays in goal at Turf Moor between long-serving Petr Cech and Belgian new boy Thibaut Courtois after tomorrow’s training session.

It will be an indicator as to who will be Mourinho’s No1 this season, assuming both players are fit – and he admits the loser may well look to move on.

But he said: “I am not under any pressure from the board on my choice. The clubs knows what the manager’s job profile is. Team selection is my responsibility.

“My decision will be a lonely decision. And I’m going to decide based on many factors.

“I never tell players individually, I always tell the group what the team is. I’m not going to say, ‘The goalkeeper will be…’ I’m going to tell them, ‘The team will be…’

“My No1 will be my No1. Not forever obviously because I cannot kill the competition. I cannot close the door for someone. I cannot give any player a guarantee he is in the first team forever if he doesn’t perform.

“Obviously you don’t change a keeper if he makes a mistake, but you can change him if he makes five.

“My first choice today might not be my first choice tomorrow. But if the keeper gives stability to the team I don’t feel the need to change in one competition and one in another.

“And I must support the one that is not first choice. Not just give him a Capital One Cup game. Show him my trust when no one is expecting that he will play.”

In a major boost for Chelsea, Didier Drogba could be fit for Monday night’s game. Drogba twisted an ankle in last weekend’s friendly win against Ferencvaros and was expected to be out for up to a fortnight.

So is this what Chelsea fans can expect from now on, If something doesn’t go Mourinho’s way, then its out with the School yard tactics and Blame, what a role model manager!
