Real Madrid manager Julen Lopetegui claims he will do everything to overturn their season from now on.
Madrid have had their worst possible start to the season and are currently winless in their last four matches in the La Liga. The Spanish giants have struggled to make it work under the new manager and the result is pretty visible.
Reports of Lopetegui’s removal has been doing the rounds but at least for the next two matches, the Spanish manager will be at the helm of the side A number of managers are being lined up as his replacement so he does have a very little time to heal the damage.
Despite concerns regarding his imminent future, the manager is solely concentrating on the next match. “If you are expecting to see a downcast, crestfallen coach, you shouldn’t look this way.
“On the contrary, I’m all excited, ambitious, and I can’t wait to win tomorrow’s game, playing a great match.
“What I’ve learned about this club is to fight, that is the DNA of this club.
“That’s what we’re going to do, fight, both the players and the coaching staff.
“We know results haven’t been great but we are going to turn this around. We are going to fight.”
