Juve announce signing of Serie A defender
Juventus have completed the signing of Chelsea target Mattia Caldara from Italian side Atalanta.
The young defender have been signed by the Italian giants but loaned back until 2018.
His impressive performances in Serie A had attracted the attention of Antonio Conte, who is keen to strengthen his already impressive Chelsea team.
However, the Blues will now have to look elsewhere after Juve landed a deal worth what’s thought to be around a £13million fee.
Caldara has put pen to paper on a deal that keeps him tied to Juventus until 2021 but he will not join up with Juventus for the next two seasons.
