Kolo Toure is set to leave Liverpool in a £1.5 million deal to Turkish Super Liga club Trabzonspor, The Daily Mail has reported.
The Turkish outfit look to seal the deal in the coming days, after Trabzonspor club president Ibrahim Haciosmanoglu said: ‘We have agreed terms with Kolo Toure and we will bring him to the club.
It appears that Toure, aged 33 has been handed a deal after only a year at Liverpool, however recent defensive signings have seen the Ivory Coast defender slip down the pecking order.
Defender Toure made his name at Arsenal, making 225 appearances during seven years at the Gunners, before spending a four year spell at Manchester City prior to his move to Liverpool.
