Liverpool are set to enter the race for Chelsea goalkeeper, Petr Cech, with the veteran set to leave Stamford Bridge after falling down the pecking order.
Despite his long and illustrious career in West London, Cech was replaced as number-one for this season by Thibaut Courtois, who has spent the last three seasons away on loan at Atletico Madrid.
Although Cech was told at the beginning of the season about his new role, the Czech decided to stay at The Bridge, but after failing to start any Premier League matches, the 32-year-old is now heavily considering quitting the club.
Arsenal have already been linked with a January move, as have AC Milan, but according to reports, Liverpool are now keen on signing him after losing patience with Simon Mignolet.
However, Jose Mourinho came out during the week claiming his number-two won’t be leaving the club anytime soon, but Cech may have something to say about that.
