Liverpool are ready to sign Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus if Raheem Sterling completes his move to Manchester City as expected.
The Reds are apparently ready to sign the German superstar as Sterling‘s move to Manchester City edges closer.
The Merseyside club are looking to cash in £50m from the young Englishman, who’s been unsettled at the club since the end of the last campaign.
And despite splashing £29m on Brazilian midfielder Roberto Firmino already this summer, boss Brendan Rodgers is still looking to add more talent to the squad.
According to reports, Liverpool are keen to bring in Reus in a truly monumental deal, making a statement of intent to Premier League rivals.
Reus has already rejected big money moves to several European clubs over the past year but a big enough cash sum could see the swinger at Anfield before the start of the new campaign.
