Liverpool are lining up a loan deal for Monaco striker Radamel Falcao, currently on loan at Manchester United.
Falcao has endured a nightmare season at Old Trafford after arriving from the French principality club, also on loan.
The Anfield club may decide to say goodbye to Mario Balotelli, who has also had a difficult season in front of goal.
The Italian trio of Juventus and the two Milan clubs, Inter and AC, are also keen on Falcao.
However, Monaco are seeking around £36.5m for a permanent deal for the forward. So a loan deal is the more likely option, with the Colombian’s value having likely plummeted further by the end of the season.
