Liverpool keeping tabs on Keita

Liverpool are ready to snatch on-loan Valencia midfielder, Seydou Keita on a permanent basis, as the player’s future at Valencia is in doubt.

The player was expected to make his stay at the Mestalla permanent this summer, but it is understood that there a major doubts over a deal being completed.

Keita’s representatives met Valencia officals two weeks ago, but still have not come to an agreement.

This has alerted Liverpool, who could be willing to sign the player to bulk up their squad for the Champions League next season.

Keita almost signed for Liverpool in January, but opted to move to Valencia on loan from Barcelona, and it appears that the player is willing to play under Brendan Rodgers next season.
