Liverpool are reportedly ready to splash £32million on signing Tottenham Hotspur star, Christian Eriksen, after the Dane snatched three points for the club over the weekend.

Eriksen scored a last-minute winner against Swansea City on Sunday which gave them all three-points in Wales, but his consistent performances for Spurs have caught the eye of several suitors.

As well as Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund, are all interested in signing the midfielder, but the Premier League side are ready to offer around £32m to try and lure him to Anfield.

According to reports, Eriksen recently snubbed a new deal at White Hart Lane and is ready to quit the club if they don’t achieve a Champions League finish, and with that in mind, Spurs may look to cash in on the Danish international.

It’s believed the North London club would want at least £32m to sell the playmaker, and a respected football agent has admitted that it would take a big offer for Daniel Levy to accept.

“It is very common that when a young player performs at that level, and becomes such a critical factor in a highly volatile team in the Premier League, it will be the biggest clubs knocking on the door next time.

“As for Tottenham’s interest in selling [Eriksen], I hasten to say that I have no knowledge of that.

“Levy is a skilled negotiator and is known to get the maximum price of Tottenham’s best players.

“So it is quite certain that a player like Eriksen will not be cheap.”
