Poland international Zielinski could be on his way to Anfield
Poland international Piotr Zielinski has confirmed he’s held talks with Jurgen Klopp over a proposed move to Liverpool this summer.
The 21-year-old is thought to have been on Klopp’s radar for quite a while now, with the German boss looking to make the midfielder his 4th signing since arriving on Merseyside.
It’s thought that, despite him being on loan at Emboli from Udinese at this current time, Liverpool are the ones in pole position to sign him permanently as he confirmed he held talks with the Anfield boss.
“I’m not thinking too much about it right now though, I’ve still got few games to play for Empoli and after that there is still the Euros in France.”Zielinksi is valued at about £11.5million by Udinese, who are owned by the Pozzo family who are in charge of Watford.
