Liverpool have been watching and weighing up a potential move for £15million pound Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette.
The 23 year old has already scored 11 goals in his last 13 appearances which is something Liverpool have been missing this campaign with the likes of Mario Balotelli only scoring two in 15.
Liverpool have not been able to continue the form they had last season which sees the Reds only winning six games from a potential 16 and recently being dumped out of the Champions League.
This lack of form may be down to not being able to successfully replace Luis Suarez and a January move for the frenchman may be just what they need to help improve the 2nd half of the season.
Brendan Rodgers is facing heavy critiscim and it is felt that a succesful move for Lacazette would help turn fortunes around at Anfield.
It is claimed that Rodgers would only go for the Lyon striker if he can sell Borini in January and if a bid to bring Divock back early fails.
