Loic Remy to join Madrid club


Getafe to sign Loic Remy

The club from the southern parts of Madrid are ready to sign Loic Remy. The former Chelsea star is not in the plans for Las Palmas coach Paco Jémez and a deal can be sealed soon.

The last seasons have not been really what Loic remy expected. After he signed for Chelsea it’s gone from bad to worse and right now the frenchmen is out from the Las Palmas squad. Due to disciplinary issues Loic Remy won’t play anymore for the team from the Canary Islands and a couple of clubs are now interested in signing the ex Newcastle United player.

Spanish newspapers report that Remy is surplus to requirements at Las Palmas but wants to remain in Spanish Primera División. Remy has opted to move to Getafe on loan until the end of the season but Las Palmas still need to approve the deal.

The former Chelsea and Newcastle player already turned down offers from Turkey and the Premier League.
