Eintracht Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic has said England or Italy is best suited for him. The Serb has had a terrific season with Eintracht Frankfurt as he guided the club to the Europa League semi-finals. Jovic has scored a 27 goals this season in 47 appearances across all competitions.

The 21-year old striker’s performances has attracted interest from some of the best clubs in Europe. These include Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Juventus and Chelsea. Real Madrid were the frontrunners in acquiring his signature and several reports stated that Jovic will join Los Blancos this summer on a transfer fee of €60 million.

However, the Serb himself feels that Italy and England suit his style of play rather than Bundesliga. Jovic said, “Teams press high and run a lot in the Bundesliga. After my experiences in the Europa League this season, I would say that other leagues in Europe suit me better. I have the feeling that I would be more comfortable in the Premier League or Serie A.”

Regarding his links with Real Madrid, Jovic didn’t speak much, stating that he isn’t concerned with the rumours. the Serb said, “I haven’t bothered with the speculation. Believe me, it was important for me to be there for Eintracht. I didn’t want people to say that my head was somewhere else.”
