Marco Reus is a man who has been in high demand amongst several high profile clubs in Europe over the past few months. With Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool being the only Premier League sides who have been chasing the German’s elusive siganture during that time.
However, it is understood that English champions Manchester City have now entered the race for the 25-year-old, with a sizeable offer to be put on the table in January.
Reus has earlier revealed his desire to stay put at Borussia Dortmund, but with the club still battling to find any kind of consistent form in the league, he may have to reassess his decision on where his future lies, especially if Dortmund fail to qualify for the Champions League.
Barcelona have also been reported as interested in the player, with some newspapers claiming that the Nou Camp would be Reus’ preferred transfer destination should he leave Borussia Dortmund.
