The youngster has played an important role in defence for Borussia Dortmund since his move from Fortuna Düsseldorf in the summer, scoring four and creating one in 19 games in the U17-Bundesliga West.
It’s suggested that Manchester City are ready to offer €2 million for Collins, whilst Borussia Dortmund are aware of the interest in the 17-year-old Germany youth international.
Although a defender by trade, the youngster is known to participate actively in attack, and his four goals and one assist for the Borussia Dortmund Under-17 team this season bear testimony to his attacking abilities.
