Manchester United are finally set to land Juventus midfielder, Arturo Vidal, after the club received a timely cash injection.
Despite spending £5million on sacking David Moyes, and then spending over £100m on new recruits in the Summer, United were able to announce a turnover of £433m yesterday, and the club’s officials have already told Louis Van Gaal that that money can be spent on transfers in January, with Vidal their main priority.
According to reports, the deal should be agreed in January after personal terms have already been agreed between the English club and the Chilean international, but a formal transfer fee is still in need to be agreed between United and Juve.
However. after announcing a healthy turnover, there should be no problems for United in agreeing a fee with the Serie A champions.
