£18million fee is being discussed
Manchester United are in advanced talks with Southampton over £18million rated right-back, Nathaniel Clyne, according to reports.
The 24-year-old claimed that he was happy to stay at St Mary’s last week but United boss Louis van Gaal has bunked the offer up to £18million, according to The Sunday Times.
Defensive Reinforcements
The England international could be moving to Old Trafford in the summer transfer window after three impressive seasons after joining the Saints in 2012 from Crystal Palace.
Van Gaal wants to strengthen his defence for next season when they look to challenge for the Premier League title and is a keen admirer of Clyne.
