Manchester United have begun new talks for PSG striker Edinson Cavani.
Cavani has made it clear that he is unhappy in France and has been strongly linked with a move to United this week. Now French media are claiming that United have held several meetings about the striker with Cavani’s representatives to discuss a move to Old Trafford.
It’s claimed that the negotiations centre around his wage demands and whether he’d be willing to take a cut to move to United, and Louis van Gaal is being kept informed.
United will have room for another world class striker if Javier Hernandez departs as expected.
