Technical Director could lose his position once Antonio Conte arrives
Chelsea Technical Director Michael Emenalo could lose his job at the club once Antonio Conte arrives, according to reports.
Emenalo is not a well-liked figure within the Chelsea fan-base following some bizarre transfer dealings and also following his role in the sacking of Jose Mourinho.
However, the Blues fans might not have to put up with him for long, with reports claiming should Conte get the Chelsea job as he’s expected to, he could replace Emenalo with a senior figure of his own.
Emenalo’s Job in Danger?
It’s well documented Conte wants to be joined by AS Roma Sporting Director Walter Sabatini, and if that does happen, it could see Emenalo lose his job at Stamford Bridge.
Emenalo has been with Chelsea for nearly 10-years now, since arriving back in 2007, initially as a scout.
