Barcelona star Neymar Jr. has put a lot of speculation to bed about where he would like to play in the future

Neymar has been linked with a move away from Nou Camp and Chelsea Football Club have been at the center of all rumours.

Manchester United have also been linked with the 25-year-old, however, nothing was ever confirmed from any of the clubs, players, managers or representatives.

But now, Neymar has spoken out about his future and what he hopes for his career, not too long ago Neymar said he would play for one of these four Premier League clubs.

However, that was just casual talk, In a nut shell, Neymar says he wants to stay at Barcelona for now.

Where will Neymar Jr. play next season 2017/18?

Despite being heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in recent months the Brazilian International has other ideas.

“I want to be here and that’s why I renewed my contract,” Neymar told Sky Sports.

“I’m very happy with everything I have done here for the club, happy with my team-mates and I feel at home.”

It is yet to be confirmed if Barca have an offer on that table, but I imagine they would.

Other reports are saying Neymar may find himself having to contend with Barcelona’s new player signings next season, but that’s a huge speculation on the mainstream media’s behalf.

Being young and talented as he is, there is no doubt Barcelona will want to secure his services before a big Premier League club forks out the cash to lure him over.

But judging by Neymar’s statement, it looks as if he will try everything to stay at Nou Camp.
