Manchester United prepared to pay Brazilian £271k-a-week
According to reports, Manchester United are prepared to offer FC Barcelona star Neymar a contract worth £271k-a-week.
The Premier League side have been admirers of the Brazilian since the summer, after missing out on other targets, and they are now preparing a mega-contract to present to the forward.
Neymar doesn’t have any intentions of leaving Barca anytime soon, but with a mega-contract being prepared, he may be lured to Old Trafford.
Mega-Contract
Officials at United are prepared to make Neymar one of their highest paid players, and are discussing a deal worth around £270k-a-week.
The contract would see Neymar take home a whopping £14million-a-year, and it would make him the main man in a team, rather than behind the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
According to reports in Spain, Barca officials are still adamant that Neymar will pen a new deal at the Nou Camp and will snub any interest from Manchester United.
