The winger is expected to leave Stamford Bridge in the summer

Bookmakers Ladbrokes have slashed odds to 5/6 on Chelsea’s Eden Hazard joining Paris Saint-Germain in the next transfer window.

The Blues lost 2-1 away at the Ligue 1 champions last night in the first leg of their Champions League knockout round tie. However, before the game the Belgium international insisted it would be ‘hard to say no to PSG’.

And with Ezequiel Lavezzi’s departure from France to join Chinese Super League side Hebei China Fortune, the door is open for Hazard to become the like-for-like replacement.

When speaking about the 25-year old, a Ladbrokes spokesman said: “Hazard really fanned the flames with his comments this week, and a move across the channel to Paris is looking evermore likely.”
