According to reports out of Turkey are claiming officials from Fenerbahçe have flown to London to hold talks over signing Chelsea’s Marco van Ginkel
Fenerbahçe have been linked with Van Ginkel a few times during the winter tranfser window, However, nothing happened.
Chelsea loaned him out to PSV for the second half of the season, and he’s been in good form, scoring 7 goals in 11 appearances for the Dutch side.
Turkey’s AmkSpor are claiming Fenerbahçe officials have now flown to England to hold initial talks with Chelsea, and with the player seemingly not in the plans of Antonio Conte a deal could be made. Advocaat has already signed Mehmet Ekici from Trabzonspor, However, the club feel they need another midfielder and van Ginkel is a good option.
The 24-year old Dutch midfielder has been on several loan spell since joining Chelsea, and is under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2019.
