According to The Sun, Bayern Munich are on the verge of placing a £40million bid for Brazilian star, David Luiz.
New Bayern boss Pep Guardiola was reportedly keen to sign the defender/holding midfielder during his time at Barcelona, even further suggesting that a bid for Luiz is likely.
Since Chelsea appointed Jose Mourinho, it was believed that David Luiz was not in the plans for the future of Chelsea as Mourinho didn’t like his playing style.
Chelsea sources claim Luiz is not for sale but the player himself has been unsettled by stories which have constantly linked him with a move.
