According to his agent, Juan Iturbe has received an offer from England with the unnamed club prepared to pay AS Roma £19million for the forward.
Liverpool are believed to be monitoring the Argentine ace, who only joined Roma last Summer, and it’s heavily reported that Brendan Rodgers is a huge admirer of the 21-year-old.
In a recent interview, Iturbe’s agent was discussing his client’s future and admitted that an offer has come in from England to move to the Premier League for the start of next season.
However, the agent refused to name who it was launching the bid, but it’s believed to be Liverpool.
‘Iturbe’s injury was not well understood by Roma and that didn’t give him confidence,’ said Gustavo Mascardi.
‘Will he leave? There are very good proposals from England for him.’
