Arsenal and Manchester United have been told they will need to pay £20 million should they wish to sign Mario Fernandes.
The 24 year-old has impressed whilst in the Russian capital, and his form has captured the eye of some of Europe’s top teams, and even the Brazilian national side.
And due to his impressive form, CSKA have upped their transfer value of the centre back to around £20 million.
The uncertain state of Russian football could see Fernandes leave onto pastures new, with both Arsenal and United interested in taking him to England.
CSKA sporting director Oleg Yarovinsky said: “CSKA is always ready to consider interesting proposals, but at the moment the enquiries from top European clubs about Fernandes do not appeal.”
