PSG are keen on testing Chelsea’s resolve with a bid of up to £12 million for defender Branislav Ivanovic in the summer.
It is understood that Chelsea have already offered the defender a contract extension at the club, but this has not stopped PSG from holding interest in the player.
The french club are closing in on back to back ligue 1 titles, but are wanting to challenge for next years Champions League, after being knocked out by Chelsea in the quarter finals.
Manager, Laurent Blanc, has been keeping a close eye on Ivanovic throughout the season and has been impressed with the players performances this year. The defender has made 33 appearances for Chelsea this season and has been in very solid form throughout.
