Paris Saint-Germain are ready to hit Chelsea with a huge £50million bid for Belgian Eden Hazard.

The Qatari-owned club have made their interest in Hazard clear throughout the season and have now made the PFA Young Player of the year their prime target for the summer.

Although Chelsea have not allowed PSG to speak to the player, it is understood that sources close to the player have been made aware of the interest coming from the French champions.

Hazard’s future at Chelsea fell into uncertainty towards the end of last season when he claimed to question manager Jose Mourinho’s tactics, saying ‘Chelsea are not made to play football’

We are good on the counter-attack, a bit like Real against Bayern Munich. Often, I’m asked to do it all by myself and it’s not easy.”

Mourinho responded to Hazard by saying that he didn’t sacrifice himself enough for the team, increasing speculation that the pair have fallen out and Hazard could be about to depart the club.

PSG are also keen on Chelsea’s defender, David Luiz, a player that Chelsea are apparently looking to cash in on, as they look to strengthen their squad ready for next season’s Champions League. However their main target is Hazard and they are ready to rock Chelsea by bidding £50million for the playmaker this summer.
