The Portuguese tactician is at risk of re-igniting his war of words with Wenger following his infamous ‘Specialist in failure’ jibe last season.
Mourinho however had little to cheer about after his side finished the campaign trophyless.
Though Arsenal lifted the FA Cup at the weekend, their first trophy in nine years, Mourinho tried to brush it under the carpet.
“No. In the last nine years, Arsenal won an FA Cup. That is nice for them,” he said.
The Gunners are set to strengthen in the summer and will be armed with a £100million warchest to splash out on players.
Mourinho has his eye on a few players as he seeks to make Chelsea a force to be reckoned with.
Following his latest comment about Wenger’s record, there could be fireworks on the touchline next season!
