Paris Saint-Germain are ready to splash the cash once again in order to land Angel Di Maria from Manchester United.

The French side splashed £50million last Summer for David Luiz from Chelsea, and despite the restrictions from Financial Fair Play, they are set to bid £50m for Di Maria next Summer.

PSG were set to sign the Argentine on loan for the season from Real Madrid, but due to FFP rules, the club couldn’t formalise the move and in the end, the winger secured a permanent switch to United.

With FFP rules still applying, PSG are still keeping an eye on their expenditures, but according to reports in France, they are confident that they will be able to secure the move and have the sanctions eased, if not lifted, off their financial powers.

Earlier in the Summer, Di Maria admitted that he is interested in a move to Paris due to the project they are doing over there, and it’s thought that if they do make a formal move for him next year, United may sell-up if it meant being able to sign Gareth Bale from Real Madrid.
